Sick Day Cards

Tracy stayed home from school with a migraine. Once her meds kicked in, I gave her a card kit I had sitting around and put her to work. She made six cards and learned a bunch of techniques like: bleaching, thumping, embossing. She also learned how to use the copic colorless blender to add some pattern to a a solid color. The kit had a DVD to follow, and she was a little exasperated that all the materials she would need weren't listed before each card, she had to keep pausing the video and running around finding material and supplies .
